CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will forfeit your required deposit paid at booking. We require 24 hours notice for any reschedules or cancellations of appointments. Failure to comply with this policy will automatically charge your card 50% of your scheduled service minus your deposit which will be nonrefundable nor transferable to another appointment. If you are on a prepaid service plan or membership a $25 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to your card. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate late appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and we cannot accommodate you- you are responsible for the total value amount of your scheduled service. We are in Florida and understand that weather is unpredictable. We ask that you come prepared wearing appropriate clothing, such as long loose pants and a long sleeve hoodie during rainy weather. We will walk you out to your car with an umbrella. Bad weather does not dismiss our cancellation policy. The only exception is a state ordered state of emergency or lockdown.
